First, be sure you have either a driver’s license or a valid state-issued ID. This ensures us of your identity. In addition to an ID, you’ll need to have a copy of both your vehicle’s title and registration. These documents allow us to verify you’re the owner of your car, protecting everyone involved in the process. If you can’t find your title or registration, contact your local DMV office and ask about obtaining a duplicate.
Absolutely! We’ll make an offer on any car, regardless of its condition. This includes vehicles that don’t run or aren’t roadworthy. Our towing services are included free of charge, which means we can pick up your car at no cost to you.

Many of our towers are equipped to pick up vehicles within 24 hours. In more densely populated areas, same-day service is available upon request.
